World's Biggest Stick

Uncle Wick has these weird tall sticks in his yard. He calls them “bamboo.” I call them challenge accepted. I spotted one. Tall. Wobbly. Suspiciously stick-like. I bit it. I tugged. I growled with every ounce of my 42-pound fury. The bamboo? Didn’t budge. Not even a wiggle. I gave it everything. Dirt flew. My legs flailed.
